Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you aren't, this is how to get your money back.
Who sells to you
Purchases on studio.awakekt.com and store.awakekt.com, such as a Studio Pro subscription, are processed by our authorized payment partner or merchant of record shown at checkout (such as Paymentwall or Lemon Squeezy): it takes the payment, adds local taxes, and sends the receipt and any refund. Purchases made in an app store are covered under App stores below.
Within 14 days of your first payment
Ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, or of a one-time purchase, and we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Renewals
A renewal can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of it and haven't used what it paid for since, for example if you forgot to cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account, from the link in your receipt, or by emailing us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Marketplace items
When the marketplace sells paid items, they follow the same 14-day rule, unless an item's listing says otherwise before you buy it.
App stores
Studio Pro isn't sold in an app store yet. Once it is, a subscription bought there is billed by the store and its own refund policy applies: ask the store for the refund, and cancel in the store's subscription settings.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account's email address, with your order number if you have it, or use the refund link in your receipt.
How you're paid back
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once we've approved one it usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription ends straight away, and your account returns to the free plan.
Before a chargeback
Please email us first. We can usually sort out a refund faster than a dispute with your bank, and a chargeback may pause the account it was for while it's resolved.
These terms sit alongside our Terms of Use, and don't limit any right to a refund you have under consumer law.
