Questions
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and it doesn't renew. Then your account is on Free again. Nothing on your device is touched.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.
Do you take royalties?
No. Awake never takes a cut of what your game earns.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Purchases on the web are processed by our authorized payment partner or merchant of record shown at checkout (such as Paymentwall or Lemon Squeezy), which adds your local taxes such as VAT or GST at checkout.
Can I pay through an app store?
Not yet. Pro is sold on the web through our checkout partner. Once Studio is in an app store, you'll be able to subscribe there too, and the store will bill and manage that subscription.
