Delete your Awake Cloud account
Deleting your account removes, straight away and for good:
- your Awake Cloud account: your email address, user ID and sign-in details;
- every project you published, public or private, with its files, description and thumbnail;
- the reports you sent about other projects.
Projects on your device are not touched. Copies of public projects that other people already downloaded stay with them. Subscription records are kept by the app store and RevenueCat under their own policies; cancel a Studio Pro subscription in the store's subscription settings.
In Studio
- Open Studio on Android or desktop, or go to studio.awakekt.com/web in a browser.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open the account menu at the right of the top bar and choose Delete account, then confirm.
By email
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's yours and delete it within 30 days.
